Granary.pro PLUS ($ 14.99 / Year) can store links to up to 2,000 web pages, while Granary.pro BASIC can store links to up to 200 web pages.
Granary.pro users can use Granary.pro BASIC for free at the same time as signing up. Granary.pro BASIC will be upgraded to Granary.pro PLUS for 1 year free of charge for those who join during the Granary.pro beta service period.
You can only sign up for Granary.pro with a Google Account. Therefore, you need a valid Google Account to use Granary.pro.
To join Granary.pro, you must click on the "Sign up free with Google" button on the Granary.pro homepage and allow Granary.pro to request access to your Google Account.
If you install the Chrome browser extension 'Save to Granary.pro' in your Chrome browser, the ‘Save to Granary.pro’ button will be added to the toolbar of your Chrome browser and save the web page you want to Granary.pro with one click.
Currently, extensions are only available on the Chrome browser. However, we will support extensions on other browsers such as MS Edge, Firefox and Safari as soon as possible.
If Granary.pro extension is not available in your browser or you cannot install it in your browser, you can add a link by entering the address of a web page link manually in Granary.pro.
When the user clicks the 'Save to Granary.pro' button, the web page is saved in the 'Not Classified' folder in Granary.pro.
Like the file explorer, Granary.pro allows you to create new folders whenever needed, collect related web pages and manage them in this folder.
To create a new folder in Granary.pro, click on 'New Folder' under the folder names on the left side of Granary.pro and enter a title that can represent the information to be saved. You can now drag and drop the web page from 'Not Classified' to the newly created folder.
You can move and save web pages stored in one folder to another folder at any time by dragging and dropping.
To find the information you want in Granary.pro, click a search keyword under the title of the saved web page or type your search keywords directly in the Granary.pro search box.
Granary.pro searches only the title of the saved web page and the search keywords that the user used to find the web page, not the contents of the web page
Granary.pro searches for the entire web pages that are stored, not the web page in the specific folder.

‘Search results on Granary.pro’ shows the web page title, related search terms, and the number of times a web page has been saved, but it does not show who saved the web page.
If you click the 'Save the link' icon at the right of the web page title you want to save in 'Search results on Granary.pro', the web page will be saved in your 'Not Classified' folder.
If you click the title of the web page in 'Search results on Granary.pro’, you can see the web page in a separate tab in your browser.
In Granary.pro, 'by date' does not refer to when the web page was created, but rather to the time the web page was stored in Granary.pro by the user.
A common way to show why a web page is saved is to write tags, but users often do not write tags. Therefore, Granary.pro stores search keywords used to find the saved web page instead of the tag.
If the web page you saved is not a web page found through search, Granary.pro can not save search keywords.
In some cases, incorrect search keywords may also be saved. If you want to delete an incorrectly saved search keyword, click the delete icon next to the search keyword.
You may not use Granary.pro at any time. If you deletes the account, If you deletes the account, Granary.pro deletes all data associated with the account as well as the account, and the user can no longer use the deleted account.
In order to use Granary.pro, the Google Account you used to sign up for Granary.pro must be valid and accessible. If you deleted your Google Account or your Google Account is not valid, you will not be able to use Granary.pro.
To import bookmarks saved in your browser or your list saved in Pocket to Granary.pro at once, follow the steps below.
First, you have to export your bookmarks saved in your browser or your Pocket list to an HTML file. To export your bookmarks, you should select 'Export Bookmarks to HTML file…' on ‘Bookmarks > Bookmark Manager> Organize’, for example, if you are using Chrome. Or to export your Pocket list, you should run http://getpocket.com/export on the Pocket page, ‘Exporting your Pocket List’.
Second, after selecting "Import from file" in Granary.pro, choose an exported HTML file from your browser or pocket and then click the "Import" button.
Now, Granary.pro reads the links in the HTML file and save them one by one. However, if Granary.pro is terminated before importing from file is finished completely, the importing will be stopped immediately, and some links will not be imported. Therefore, do not exit Granary.pro during importing.
Once importing is finished, you can see the imported bookmarks or list on the 'Not Classified' folder in Granary.pro.
If you install the Granary.pro extension 'Save to Granary.pro' in your browser, you can immediately save the web page you are viewing to Granary.pro with a single click.
If Granary.pro extension is not available in your browser or you cannot install it in your browser, you can still save a web page link to Granary.pro by visiting Granary.pro website and clicking 'Add link' at the left side of the search box.
In Granary.pro, a note is where you can write down a number of ideas related to a web page link you have saved. If you has written something on a note, an orange colored note icon will be displayed at the right of the link. If you have not done so, a gray colored note icon will be displayed. You can create, edit, and delete a note at any time by clicking the note icon. You can also search for notes you have written.

For example, if you need to write a report on the development of a robot for foreign language learning,
First create a folder named "Robot for Foreign Language Learning", and save all links to Web pages found on the Internet, including all the information you need to create a report, in this folder.
Second, for each link stored in the folder, write a note such as "Consulting Company Data on the Size of the Foreign Language Learning Market, Blah Blah" or "Foreign Language Learning AI or Robot Trends, Blah Blah".
Finally when you create the report, you can visit the folder in Granary.pro to see the saved links and why they have saved them, so you can easily view the stored links as well as keep them as the basis for your report.
